Rosey Deals ("Rosey," "we," "us") operates roseydeals.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use Rosey, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Conversation content. When you chat with Rosey, we store your messages and her responses so she can remember context within your session and improve over time.
• A random user ID. Stored in your browser as a cookie or local storage entry. Lets Rosey recognize you on repeat visits without requiring a login.
• Basic session metadata. Visit count, first/last visit timestamps, any product categories you saved to "My Picks."
• Standard server logs. IP address, user agent, timestamps — kept for security and rate limiting, automatically rotated after 30 days.

We do not ask for or collect your name, email, phone number, address, or payment information.

How we use it

• To power Rosey's conversational memory within your session.
• To protect the service from abuse through per-IP rate limiting.
• To understand which products and categories are most useful so we can improve her recommendations.

Your conversations are not sold. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not share your conversation content with any third party except the AI model provider (Anthropic) for the purpose of generating Rosey's responses.

Third parties we work with

• Anthropic (Claude) — processes your messages to generate Rosey's responses. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Skimlinks — automatically wraps outbound retailer links so Rosey earns a commission when you make a purchase, at no cost to you. See Skimlinks' privacy policy.
• Amazon Associates — Rosey is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate program designed to provide a means to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com.
• Awin — Awin is a third-party affiliate network we use to connect with specific retailers. Learn more at awin.com/privacy-policy.

Cookies & local storage

Rosey uses browser local storage to keep a random user ID and your "My Picks" list. No third-party advertising cookies. No tracking pixels. Skimlinks may set cookies when you click on a product link — those help attribute the purchase to Rosey so we earn our commission.

Children

Rosey Deals is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can clear your Rosey session at any time by clearing your browser's site data for roseydeals.com. Under CCPA and GDPR you have the right to know what we hold about you, to have it deleted, and to opt out of processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you through the site.
